Please Note: All Klipsch headphone products must be sent to Klipsch Headphone Repairs c/o Gentec International in Markham, ON.
Return shipping is covered for warranty repairs. For out-of-warranty, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees, whether or not the repair estimate is approved.
Please make sure your product is well protected so it does not get damaged along the way. The original packaging is highly recommended as shipping damages are NOT covered under warranty.
For convenience, you can even have a protective box sent to you with a return shipping label for a small fee to make sure it arrives safely. To arrange this please contact email@example.com
